About the 2nd CPLAN Competition

The questions of immigration and refugee protection lie at the intersection of constitutional values, human rights, and global justice. In India, these issues are deeply connected to democratic ethos, international commitments, and the urgent need for legal reform.

The 2nd National Blog Writing Competition on the theme “Immigration and Refugee Law Reforms in India” seeks to engage law students and scholars in critical discussion around these evolving issues. It provides a platform to analyze, debate, and propose solutions that align with India’s constitutional framework and global obligations.

Through this initiative, NUSRL aims to foster research-based, accessible, and policy-oriented writing that contributes to a more inclusive and equitable legal system. The competition also helps participants refine their ability to communicate complex legal ideas with clarity and purpose.
