SCLSC Legal Internship – Apply Now for 2025 Batch

The Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (SCLSC) is a statutory body established under Section 3A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, to fulfil the constitutional mandate of Article 39A – ensuring Equal Justice and Free Legal Aid. The Committee was formally operationalized with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1996, framed by the Central Government.

SCLSC plays a crucial role in extending legal assistance to marginalized and vulnerable groups, ensuring that justice delivery reaches the last mile. It works in collaboration with NALSA, DLSA, HCLSC, and other legal aid authorities, addressing real-life legal grievances of disadvantaged citizens.

The Internship Programme is designed to introduce law students to the functioning of legal aid systems, grievance redressal processes, and mediation mechanisms at the Supreme Court level.
