About the Opportunity
The firm is currently hiring for three associate positions in its litigation team:
- Senior Associate – 01 Vacancy
- Junior Associate – 02 Vacancies
Selected candidates will engage in commercial litigation before the Delhi Commercial Courts, District Courts, and other judicial forums. The roles require a mix of independent handling and collaborative teamwork. You will be involved in drafting pleadings, researching case laws, attending hearings, client communication, and case strategy meetings under the supervision of senior partners.

Eligibility & Requirements
For Senior Associate:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience before Commercial Courts in Delhi.
- Strong drafting, research, and procedural knowledge.
- Ability to handle matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in managing case files, preparing case strategies, and coordinating with clients.
For Junior Associate:
- Minimum 6 months of litigation experience.
- Sound knowledge of Negotiable Instruments Act and Commercial Courts Act.
- Strong foundation in legal drafting, filing procedures, and research.
- Keen interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
General Requirements:
- Law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Good academic background and demonstrated interest in litigation.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice, punctuality, and teamwork.
