About the Job:
KLDiscovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join its Managed Review Services team. This remote role involves managing large-scale document review projects, supervising teams, ensuring project quality and efficiency, and coordinating directly with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee staffing, security, and logistics of document review projects.
- Lead and mentor review managers and legal teams.
- Train legal teams on substantive legal issues relevant to each project.
- Interface with clients, monitor progress, and ensure project delivery.
- Assist with recruitment, payroll validation, and internal coordination.
- Help build the MR business in India and educate potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Law degree (LLB required; LLM preferred).
- 7+ years in document review; 3–8 years in project management and client-facing roles.
- Prior experience managing PII, HIPAA, and DSAR reviews.
- Expertise with Relativity and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
