About the Programme

The 7-Day Faculty Development Programme on Construction Law, Contracts & Arbitration aims to enhance academic and professional capacity in one of India’s fastest-growing sectors — construction and infrastructure.

Participants will gain practical insights into key areas such as:

  • Standard forms of contracts (FIDIC, EPC, PPP, etc.)
  • Contract administration & dispute resolution in large-scale construction projects
  • Arbitration practices in India and abroad
  • ADR frameworks including The Mediation Act, 2023 and The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996

The sessions will include case study–based assessments, thought-leadership writing, and panel discussions led by top experts.
