Eligibility & Requirements
Professor of Law
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Law or allied/relevant discipline with a strong record of research and publications (minimum 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience at university or equivalent institutions.
- Desirable Specializations: Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, and other Public Law subjects.
- Candidates with degrees or experience from reputed Indian or international universities are preferred.
Associate Professor of Law
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Law or allied disciplines and LL.M. with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research with 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Desirable Specializations: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, Trade Law, Banking Law, or allied private law areas.
Assistant Professor of Sociology
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Sociology with 55% marks or equivalent; must have cleared UGC-NET/CSIR or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016.
- Candidates registered for Ph.D. prior to July 11, 2009, are exempted from NET/SET/SLET subject to specific conditions.
