The GNLU Centre for Research in Criminal Justice Sciences (GCRCJS) is inviting abstracts for its International Conference on International Criminal Law, scheduled to be held on 28 February and 1 March 2026 at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

With the theme “Reinvigorating International Criminal Law by Innovation, Inclusivity, and Global Accountability,” this conference aims to unite scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to deliberate on the evolving challenges in the field of international criminal law.

In recent years, international criminal justice has faced unprecedented strain due to growing conflicts, declining cooperation, and emerging forms of warfare and violence. This conference seeks to generate interdisciplinary dialogue and propose actionable strategies to strengthen accountability, inclusivity, and enforcement mechanisms in international law.

About the International Criminal Law Conference 2026

The GCRCJS International Conference on International Criminal Law 2026 is designed to serve as a platform for students, academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to present research, exchange ideas, and engage in dialogue on issues affecting global criminal justice.

The conference will include plenary sessions, panel discussions, and paper presentations, fostering collaboration among experts across disciplines like law, criminology, sociology, international relations, human rights, gender studies, and environmental studies.
