About the Opportunity

The 5th All-India Moot Court Competition 2025 focuses on the crucial theme of Personality Rights in the Digital Era. The event is designed to challenge participants to examine how digital advancements intersect with personal rights, data protection, and freedom of expression.

This legal advocacy opportunity provides an avenue for law students to:

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Eligibility: Open to students enrolled in 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. programmes from recognized universities in India.
  • Team Composition: Each team must consist of three members—two speakers and one researcher.
  • Anonymity Rule: Teams must not disclose their institutional identity during the competition. Violation of this rule may result in disqualification.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong research and analytical reasoning
    • Command over oral advocacy and legal drafting
    • Understanding of contemporary digital law and privacy issues

Participants must register online through the official registration form. After submission, teams are required to send the registration fee receipt along with the completed form to mootcourtsociety@quantumeducation.in to receive a team code.
