Eligibility & Requirements
The NLIU Constitutional Law Symposium 2026 is open to a broad spectrum of participants committed to producing high-quality constitutional research. Participants must submit an original manuscript strictly aligned with the theme “Intersection of Constitutional Law and Technology.” Papers must be analytical, well-researched, and adhere to the specified formatting guidelines. Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and must be submitted on or before the deadline. All submissions must comply with OSCOLA 4th edition for citations and maintain a word limit of 5000–8000 words (including footnotes). Only footnotes are allowed; substantive footnotes are not permitted. Strict adherence to formatting guidelines is mandatory to qualify for review.
